I had high hopes for my stay at Hilton Fort Worth, but it ended up being a mix of positives and negatives. While the location is fantastic and the building has a historical charm, the room definitely had its share of issues. From the dirty fixtures to the uncomfortable experience with housekeeping, it felt more run down than I expected for the price I paid.

Rooms
5.0
The room had a musty smell and the bathtub was chipped. The air conditioner didn't work well, making it hot at night, despite the thermostat settings. Additionally, I faced issues with housekeeping, as my room was not cleaned properly during my stay.
Service
5.0
I found the staff to be friendly, but overall, the service didn't meet my expectations. There were long waits for the elevators, and check-in was a hassle as my room wasn't ready, which was frustrating. Also, I had issues getting clean towels as I had to search for housekeeping.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to the convention center and various attractions in downtown Fort Worth. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making it convenient for exploring the area.
Dining
5.0
I was disappointed with the breakfast service as it seemed disorganized, and I had to ask for basic items like milk and bowls. The quality was not what I expect from Hilton. The lobby dining area could use some improvements in atmosphere, too.
Facilities
5.0
The amenities felt outdated and neglected during my stay. The valet service was outsourced, which was not up to Hilton's typical standards. I also noticed that some facilities were lacking, like housekeeping being aware of cleanliness expectations.

My stay at Hilton Fort Worth was a mixed bag. While the hotel's location was unbeatable for exploring downtown and attending events like the Ft Worth Art Festival, I encountered some significant issues. The room was clean and comfortable, but I faced hot water shortages and a malfunctioning elevator during my visit. Overall, I'd rate my experience as average, primarily due to service hiccups and facilities needing an upgrade.

My stay at Hilton Fort Worth had its highs and lows. The location was ideal, close to the Convention Center and great dining options. however, I faced some issues with the room. The service was generally friendly, with some standout staff members, but I had a few hiccups along the way that impacted my experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable, though I encountered a loud banging noise from the wall every now and then, which was a bit unsettling. The air conditioning didn't work well, making it somewhat uncomfortable, and I had to hunt down housekeeping for extra towels.
Service

The staff were mostly friendly and eager to help, creating a welcoming environment. but not every interaction was positive. There was some confusion regarding breakfast payment, even though it was included in my rate. However, the bartenders provided excellent service with quick drinks.

The location was absolutely perfect for my needs, with easy access to the Convention Center and a variety of excellent restaurants nearby. it really made getting around easy.
Dining

Breakfast options were satisfactory, though the prices felt high relative to the provided quality. I found the selection lacked variety, but the bar did offer good drinks when I needed a break.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities were pretty standard for a hotel of this caliber, with room service and a decent fitness center available. However, some aspects felt neglected, like the cleanliness of the windows and the body wash dispenser which wasn't working.

Overall, my stay at Hilton Fort Worth was decent but had some drawbacks. The location was great for exploring downtown, but the hotel itself showed signs of wear and needed some updates. The staff was friendly and service-oriented, which made up for a few issues I encountered during my stay.

Rooms

I was given an Executive Suite, which was spacious, but the shower was incredibly small and felt cramped. The air conditioning didn't cool the room well, which was uncomfortable in the heat. I also found the pillows flat and not very supportive.
Service
7.0
The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. They did their best to assist me, though there were a couple of instances where communication could have been better, especially regarding early check-in and shuttle service.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of downtown. I was able to walk to numerous attractions and restaurants easily, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the daily valet fee added extra cost.
Dining

While the hotel offered basic amenities like room service and housekeeping, I noticed some areas that could use attention. For instance, the condition of some features in the hotel seemed neglected, which surprised me for a Hilton hotel.

The location is fantastic, right across from the Convention Center and within walking distance to Sundance Square, which is filled with great restaurants. However, I encountered some challenges with my room not being ready during check-in and a few issues with the air conditioning. Overall, the service was really good, but there are areas that need improvement. 🌟
